• Return and Exchange Policy

    At Zaneta Perfumes, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that perfume and cosmetics products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in the following cases:

    1. Wrong Product Received
      If the wrong product is delivered to you, we will compensate the customer either by issuing a refund or sending the correct product (if available) at the store’s expense. Customers must review the invoice and verify that the products received match the items listed before opening or using them. If the product packaging (original cellophane) is opened or used, the customer will not be eligible for a refund, in accordance with global policies for the sale of perfumes and cosmetics.

    2. Defective or Incorrect Product
      If the product is defective or an incorrect item is received, we will assist the customer in returning the product at our expense. After receiving the returned item, we will either issue a refund to the original payment method or send the correct product based on the original invoice, free of charge.

    3. Return Timeframe
      Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, accompanied by the original invoice. The product must be in its original condition, with the perfume still sealed (including the original cellophane wrapping). Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that sample boxes, small sizes, and split perfumes are non-returnable as they are filled and ordered based on the customer’s request.

    4. Non-Returnable Used Products
      No returns will be accepted for products that have been used or if the original cellophane packaging has been removed. Products returned in an unsellable condition will not be accepted.

    5. Exchanges Without a Fault
      If the customer wishes to exchange a product without any fault or defect, and the perfume has not been opened (with the original cellophane intact), the store will not be responsible for the return shipping fees. The customer will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new item.

    6. Order Cancellation and Return Shipping Costs
      If the customer wishes to cancel an order after it has been shipped and is in transit, the customer will bear the return shipping fees. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be processed after the shipment has been returned to the store, within 15 days of receiving the return from the shipping company. The customer will be notified if there is any delay in receiving the order.


    Defective or Incorrect Product Returns

    For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, please contact our customer service team via:

    You can return or exchange the damaged or incorrect product within 7 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition and unused. We aim to process returns/exchanges within 10 business days from receiving the product. Refunds will be issued once the product is returned and its condition is confirmed.


    Exchange Policy

    1. In accordance with the agreement and legal regulations, the consumer has the right to exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the product has not been used and is in its original condition. Zaneta Perfumes reserves the right to inspect the product before proceeding with the exchange.

    2. The consumer cannot exchange a product under the following circumstances:

      • If the product was custom-made based on the consumer’s request or specific specifications (unless it is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications).
      • If the product is opened or used, such as CDs, DVDs, or software.
      • If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, books, or any other form of printed literature.
      • If the defect in the product is caused by improper handling by the consumer.
      • If the contract involves the provision of services like accommodation, transport, or catering.
      • If the product is digital or software downloaded online.

    Important Notes

    • Any product returned without the original packaging, opened, or used will not be accepted.
    • We urge customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon delivery to avoid any issues regarding the return or exchange of products.
    • The customer is responsible for any costs associated with the return or exchange of products, unless the error is on our part.
